Giving up the Kentucky Fried Chicken or chips is not the only way out; nor the perfect solution. Moderation and monitoring do the trick. A few quick diet tips include firstly getting rid of all the toxins in the system with a good detox. Fight junk food cravings with delicious supplements and fruits. Processed foods only add trans-fats to your body and if you want an overnight miracle forget it. It isn't going to happen, and how can it?

My friends kept on telling me try going on a liquid diet. I wondered what it could be. My stomach was already growling for the chicken that I could smell from the neighboring hotel. Then one fine day I had my sister visit me and she said I looked like a balloon. But the balloon is light in weight, well my shape had become like that of a balloon. She took me to a physical trainer, then the physician. He examined me and was shocked, as if I were the only person in the entire world with a huge belly. He then told me the fallacies that many people follow to lose weight, only dieting, or only exercising, and liquid diet is not going to help you lose weight, it will only make you weak internally.

After getting to know more about my lifestyle he asked me to alter it first. He asked me to cut down on alcohol. I would have few pegs every now and then. After meeting him I got to know that the way you lead your life makes a lot of difference. Even if you don't believe it, that's true. You know what I don't have to give up on chicken, only that I have to sacrifice the number of days I ate it, but at least would get to eat it.

As per his instructions I started exercising in the morning. Getting up was not a problem since there were no more hangovers. I gained back confidence and I am still very healthy. Alongside, yoga helps correct imbalances, strengthens weak parts of the body and work remarkably well on belly fat. For example - through yoga your instructor will insist on strengthening the back muscles first. This is because a bulging belly is the result of slack back muscles.
